Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Infinite Ads Machine service operated by Prompt Devils ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Infinite Ads Machine is an AI-powered ad creative generation tool. Users upload product images and provide brand context. Our AI generates ad creative variations based on this input. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased as one-time payments. Try It and Starter packs are valid for 30 days from purchase. Growth and Scale packs are valid for 60 days from purchase. Unused credits expire after their validity period. Each credit generates one batch of 10 ad creatives. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

By purchasing credits, you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this waives your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If the service completely fails to generate any images for a credit, that credit will be automatically refunded. Partially completed generations (where some but not all images are delivered) are not eligible for refund. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no generations have been made. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all images you upload. By uploading content, you confirm you have the right to use it. You grant us a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating ad creatives. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content or generated outputs.

7. Generated Content and AI Disclaimer

Ad creatives generated by our AI are provided for your commercial use. Generated images are stored on our servers for 90 days from the date of creation. After 90 days, generated assets are permanently deleted. You are responsible for downloading and saving your images within this period.

All AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI outputs may contain errors, imperfections, or unintended content. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before use. You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with advertising platform policies (Meta, Google, etc.), intellectual property laws, and all applicable regulations. We do not guarantee that generated content is original, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular purpose.

You indemnify and hold harmless Prompt Devils from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement claims, advertising standards violations, or regulatory non-compliance.

8. Data Processing

To provide the service, your uploaded product images and text inputs are sent to third-party AI providers (currently Google Gemini) for processing. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models. We reserve the right to change AI providers at any time. The service depends on the availability of third-party APIs, which we do not control.

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Devils shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
