Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We receive transaction confirmations only.

Uploaded content: Product images you upload for ad generation. These are stored securely in our cloud storage.

Generated content: AI-generated ad creatives tied to your account.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and technical information (browser type, device) to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to: provide the ad generation service, process payments, send transactional emails (welcome, ads ready, follow-ups), improve the product, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • Supabase - Authentication and database hosting
  • Stripe - Payment processing
  • Google (Gemini) - AI image generation (uploaded images are sent to Google for processing)
  • Resend - Transactional email delivery
  • Vercel - Application hosting
  • Meta Pixel - Advertising analytics
  • Crisp - Customer support chat

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Uploaded images and generated ads are stored indefinitely unless you delete them or close your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data, and withdraw consent for marketing emails. To exercise any of these rights, email us.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement. We use Crisp for customer support chat functionality.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure authentication (Supabase Auth), and PCI-compliant payment processing (Stripe). No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
